Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy:


1. Without prejudice to applicable warranty terms and regulations, the customer has the right to exchange a product purchased from Karaz Store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The customer is not entitled to exchange the product after the seven-day period has passed.



2. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in its original, intact condition and must not have been used or benefited from. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its condition. The customer bears the shipping costs for exchange requests. For international exchanges, the customer bears all shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the customer will be compensated.




The customer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:


1. If the product was custom-made upon the customer’s request or according to specifications defined by the customer, except in cases where the product has a defect or does not match the specified requirements.



2. If the defect is caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.

Return Policy:
